Advanced Reformer is designed to challenge members to strengthen, stretch, and improve posture by independently adjusting the springs, foot bar, and handles to get into the required positions safely and effectively. Please let the instructor know if you want to pay $40 each session or $200 for unlimited individual monthly access (each month is charged separately).

Intermediate Reformer-Rosie (SUB)
Whether you are completely new to using the Pilates Reformer apparatus, or you need a refresher on the basics, then please register for this class. The instructor will provide basic level descriptions of the "anatomy" of the apparatus (such as foot bar, carriage, handles, etc.) as well as lead students through variations and modifications for a safe and effective exercise session. The instructor will tailor the class to suit those in the basic to intermediate level, so please register on your Invited App to reserve your Reformer. Each session is $40 and will be charged to your monthly bill. We look forward to seeing you soon!
